"It's a lovely apartment with great facilities. The kitchen and bathroom looked brand new and ever so clean. The bedroom was comfy and the location was excellent. The only things I didn't like were the lack of natural light and the steep steps getting down to the bathroom at night were pretty scary ..."
"Loved the use of space. This tiny and well thought out studio had everything we needed and more. It exceeded our expectations and was a surprise hidden gem oasis among the less than savory surrounding area."

"Remember that this is an apartment. Great for family or group trips. I had to book it last minute, stuck in London without a hotel, so this is not ideal for business travelers. No restaurant or amenities. Staff was very nice and helpful, and the apartment was spacious and nice."

"Incredible location, very modern hotel with a lovely gym. Rooms were soundproof. Very comfortable cocoon. Highly recommend this hotel. All hotel staff were very welcoming and informative. Can’t wait to stay again! "
"This is a giant hotel nearby Heathrow Airport opposite to Premier Inn. It is clean and nice. No. 81 bus is just outside the hotel, easy transport. An important, it has a lot of on-site parking space, £12 per day. In the hotel information, I would suggest adding the on-site parking as a key information then you may attract more customers in the future."

"If you see the staff member named Mustack avoid him at all costs. I arrived on time for my check in and due to how many students use this hotel he was too busy to answer my question. Extremely rude I said excuse me he flashed his hand in my face and said “not now too busy” and went to proceed to help the children. Avoid this hotel at all cost if you want help from their staff. I will say there was one African man there who’s service was a 10/10 he made up for the terrible service I received from Mustack, additionally due to the vast amount of rooms they have the place is a maze and not properly signed. We got lost on numerous occasions trying to find our room and good luck if you’re a minority visitor trying to get help from the cleaning staff they will ignore your cry’s for help. The room was clean there were a lot of kids (student groups) and self parking staff and night staff were impeccable. I’d give this hotel a solid 6 out if 10. "
