We stay at The Lanesborough regularly when visiting London. This was our second Christmas stay and we have already booked for 2024 because this hotel is wonderful. The staff are all incredible and make you feel so special.

We were put in the smallest and most claustrophobic room I have ever stayed in which was very disappointing. It had dark wood panelling and slopped walls and was overall very dark and dreary. The bathroom was nice but small. The over the top high techness was so annoying we were using our iPhone's light to go to the toilet in the middle of the night as we couldn't get the lights to work and the TV on an electric swivel constantly moved to face away from our bed. Apart from the bed it wasn't a...

My stay was excellent, I had spoken with Kitti a couple of times through E-Mail about a room decoration I wanted as I was celebrating a birthday, Kitti went above and beyond to organise everything and make the room look beautiful. The hotel is very elegant, the room was very clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall my experience was excellent and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

This is the 2nd time I stay at metropolitan by COMO. Very clean rooms , modern & chic. Everything in the room is controlled either from the phone or pressing a button which is so much fun and convenient. I'm also obsessed with the mini bar as it has variety of food and beverage not like other hotels. All staff from reception , concierge , room service etc are helpful and kind. I definitely recommend this hotel. of course I don't need to mention the great location for shopping and sightseeing.

Very quirky! Beautiful building. Once you get past the fact it’s not like your usual “hotel” and the place is steeped in history and 17th/18th century architecture. Wonky floors and beautiful antique furniture. Roll top baths and old fashion toilets, but beautifully kept and very clean. Very comfortable beds with lovely white cotton bedding and soft white towels. Just be aware no showers, but shower attachment with the beautiful baths! Very attentive staff and slap bang in the middle of soho,...

Great hotel in a handy location for the museums, Albert Hall and Imperial College. Quiet, clean with helpful staff. My room was clean and warm with a good shower. Coffee and tea were provided. Perfect for a stay in the city.
