There was nothing we didn't like - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the hotel is beautiful, the staff is excellent, and they are obviously proud of their hotel. Excellent attention to detail, over-and-above customer service, top of the line amenities, great location.

Great location, very clean and new. Some of the staff appeared to lack training. Very hospitable but, when the incorrect dry cleaning came to our room they were confused how to fix it. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is appealing by looks but missed the mark on common functionality and comfortability. The outlets were two different sizes, our converter only fit the bathroom plug but the inserts were farther apart in the bed rooms although they were the same type of outlet..Not sure what that’s about. For what the hotel is labeled to be you would think they would have toilet paper that didn’t feel like sandpaper, and a mini bar filled with the basics (coke, wine etc) and not just filled with the most over priced champagne and spirts with no mixers. The bed is rock solid, I like a firm mattress but this was by far the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever laid on. Overall I think the hotel is beautiful and looks luxurious, the location is spectacular and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are just lacking the same luxurious feeling functionality and comfortability.
