"The stay was good. The hotel was good value for money and was very clean. Staff were helpful and professional. The location is great - walkable to Windermere and Bowness. The parking was mostly ok - there is more parking at the back of the property, however at one point the manager had blocked the entrance to the car park with their own vehicle which meant it was not accessible to guests. "Luna Simone was a wonderful experience. The hotel is run by two brothers and family staff. Luna Simone was clean, quiet, and with all the basic needs you need but also with a warm touch by the staff whom always were happy to help you and please you. The hotel is locally convenient to get to Victoria station and Victoria coach(bus) station. The 24 bus across from the hotel will bring you to many of the wonderful sites of London for few pounds. In all I will recommend the hotel to any traveler. "

"I loved that the hotel was close to the lanes and the seafront, there are lots of places to eat nearby too! The owner was lovely and was nice that they had the pub next door too so I did pop by for a drink. Inside the hotel had what I needed like kettle, tea, coffee and hot chocolate and the only thing I can think of that would of made it would of if it had a mini fridge so I could store drinks etc inside. I had a wonderful time here with no problems at all and I would stay again."

"We stayed here for 6 nights while visiting our daughter at UofB. The location was very convenient as it was near her residence. For the price, this was a great option for us. Nothing special but clean, quiet and comfortable. The shower/ensuite was adequate but showing wear and the shower did not drain well. The listing says that laundry is available but be aware that this is a laundry service and the rates are incredibly high! £11.50 to launder a single t-shirt!!! We did not use this service,...
