Efficient checkin and checkout. Good punctual transport to terminal. Comfy bed. Very good shower. Only 1 lift in operation which caused problems when cancelled flight passengers arrived en masse.

THE WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed. Customer service and the front desk staff are the worst hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. No respect for customers and absolutely arrogant attitude when someone shares any feedback objectively. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this hotel.

Room was basic, bathtub was rusty which made it feel unclean. There was no phone in the room so had to walk all the way to reception to ask questions and get assistance. One elevator was out of service so wait times for the elevator was long. Lastly the 5:18am shuttle bus never showed up so we were standing outside waiting for an hour for the next bus.

IBIS Budget is the third IBIS hotel on the street and we were dropped off at the wrong hotel twice before taking a taxi to the correct hotel. Be sure you know which hotel you are staying at before your driver drops you off!

This hotel had the dirtiest carpets I’ve ever seen. Air conditioning system is almost broken and as soon as touching it turns into a heater and I wasn’t able to change it. The shuttle is every half hour, both ways had to take a taxi 25 pounds cause the timing and terminal location was not convenient. So overall became a much more expensive and inconvenient airport hotel.

Nice and friendly staff, affordable and practical room rate and near to Heathrow airport. The hotel is good but needs upgrading to make it better and even best! Recommended budget friendly hotel!

Vanzia and Manpreet are always so helpful in getting me checked in and making sure I have everything I need. I come often for business and this is a place I love to stay. The staff is more like family to me and transpiration to the airport or central London is so nice. The beds are great and I always get a good night sleep. There is a grocery store close by and a few eating places. They have a restaurant and bar that make it convenient . This is def a good place to stay. Highly recommend!
