Top of the line service, quality and comfort. Lovely property right next to Kensington Park, tons of eating, drinking and shopping in the area. Right across the street from a bus stop. Amazing breakfast buffet, very prettily set up and served. Room was large and well set up and appointed, the bed and bedding was comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, location, room and view. Staff all helpful and friendly yet professional. Will definitely return and recommend. Room wasn’t fussy or over done with non essentials but all the important comfort details like lighting options, heating, bathroom fixtures and accessories were excellent and all spotless.

Overall i would recommend this hotel because it is in a really convenient area to all in London. The only issue i had is noise. The man next door to me had people coming and going until 2:30 am despite my phoning the front desk at midnight asking them to speak with him. i finally knocked on his door and demanded he quiet down. A few nights later maintenance was being done two nights in a row from 8-10 pm and later. Again the front desk could do nothing about it Otherwise the hotel is terrific and i would come back
