A unique location, very quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature. A few miles away from Cambridge city centre and a 10 minute's drive from Duxford airfield. I would have expected shampoo/shower gel though, but there's a Sainsbury's around the corner. Sadly, a breakfast option at the premises is not offered, but can be done at Coton Orchards not far away. Two great gastro-pubs nearby for dining. Very friendly staff, will definitely consider to return.

Room spacious and clean. Lovely grounds. Staff lovely. Just a blocked shower drain and a fold up bed put in when it wasn't asked for take away a star but apart from that enjoyed our stay. Great mattress. :)

Great friendly staff to welcome you in, the business room was on the snug side with the alcoves, but still a comfy room! I did expect shower gel in the Bathroom but their is a Sainsbury’s a few minutes away to get supplies if you didn’t bring any. Would definitely stay here again, but maybe with a different room / floor as there was quite a few beers on the staircase (reception lady was very helpful with trying to get these moved on)

Visited this hotel 5-6 times. I like the quiet room and comfortable beds. Only the last experience was bad...bed sheet and pillow cases not changed, smells stinky and feel itchy, not sure it's dirt or bed bugs.

Lovely house with good standard of cleanliness. There were no problem with parking. Very disappointed that there was no restaurant for breakfast as stated when booked. As reception only opened at 4pm there was nobody to help with room issue. There was a tel number provided to call for assistance but no one answered. Shame as nice place to stay.

There are no useful amenities and the ones advertised aren’t really: the bar is a desk that never seems to be open no draft beer etc. the swimming pool was locked up with a comdnation lock that we were not given the code to on arrival and the nearest pub is 30 minutes away over fields however it was a very nice pub to eat & drink. When we arrived there was no one there and the door to the reception was not opened until 16:00 on the dot by the receptionist who was in there all along.

Rectory Farm is a beautiful old building with a lovely garden - we had a room with a garden view. The room was very clean and the bathroom had a good hot shower over the bath. Parking was easy but we paid £5 per car for the night. The only reason I didn’t give the review 5 star was because there was only a small bar of soap (which was actually ok for one night), and the breakfast snacks were in a vending machine which was extra. The hotel is very convenient for getting to Cambridge city centre by uber, and there is Coton garden centre around the corner which did a fabulous breakfast. The only WW11 American cemetery in the UK is also around the corner and very well worth a visit. We very much enjoyed our stay there!
