Lovely hotel a short walk from the sights of Cambridge. Very modern and clean, staff friendly and comfortable rooms. If travelling by car the Cambridge station car park is a few minutes walk away. Definitely highly recommend this hotel!

Great location, easy walk into city centre - approx. 20 minutes. Lovely room and exceedingly clean, but very short staffed both in reception and dining area. Didn't enjoy the queues for breakfast and waiting for the coffee/tea machine being fixed. We really had to insist and prove that we were entitled to Expedia Gold benefits which the hotel weren't very receptive to at all.

The rooms were a reasonable size, clean upon arrival and nicely decorated. Bathroom beautiful BUT all of this is pointless if it takes over an hour from order to meal-served at the hotel restaurant, they charge you extra for things that are typically complimentary (bread with your meal, veggie chips, etc) the front desk/roomservice/housekeeping NEVER answer the phone (rings indefinitely-even when you press “emergency”), and most simple requests are met with “we can’t”, not at all, or sure, but we’ll have to charge you extra. The fact that they are working with a skeleton crew and unable to offer guests the service most are accustomed to is unfortunate, but then adjust your prices accordingly. Seasoned travelers become disgruntled when they are charged top dollar for service that is subpar…despite how “pretty” the rooms are.

Friendly staff comfortable room good food . We new the hotel didn’t have car park facilities so parked at the train station which was the nearest and quite easy to get to but found the price for parking very expensive .

This is a smart hotel, nicely furnished right next to the Cambridge train station. It’s about a 1 mile walk to the center of the town. The staff were wonderful, kind and very attentive to our needs (we arrived really early and they were very accommodating). The breakfast they offer was nice, overall if we go back to Cambridge we will stay here!
