It's a good hotel but it didnt feel like I was staying in luxury. First world problems i know but creaking bedroom door, great shower but a bit of a challenge to turn on, air con not available during winter months so the room was much hotter than i would have liked. Big rooms though and great location

Views from 23rd floor were amazing. The buffet breakfast had more options than you could imagine. One minor repair was done immediately. Never used spa/restaurant, which we regretted.

Excellent accommodation, service. Room service food is pricey, they could make it a little more affordable. Overall great stay.
