A quick walk (less than 10 minutes) from the Arena but far enough away you don’t get the crowds and noise which is exactly what we wanted. Really friendly staff and room was clean and spacious!

The hotel as a whole was very nice and modern! Staff were happy to help and the place was very clean. My only issue was that the toilet didn’t flush very easily. We had to hold the button down for at least 30 seconds just for the toilet to start to flush - even then it was very slow and as someone with long nails it wasn’t the easiest of tasks! We only stayed for one night for the Olivia Rodrigo concert at the Utilita arena and that was only a 10 - 15 minute walk away so I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is having a short stay for a concert or short break!

The actual property was nice and the room was very spacious. I didn’t feel like the room had been cleaned though; there were marks in the toilet bowl which disappeared after I had flushed a couple of times and stuff was left in the bin - cleaning the toilet and emptying the bins in a hotel room is standard practice so that lead me to think the room was not cleaned. So having paid £81, I wasn’t very impressed. The bed was also two single beds pushed together to create a double bed, which ordinarily I wouldn’t have an issue with but one was noticeably taller than the other and one was really uncomfortable, so could only sleep on one side. Unfortunately too, people were loud outside - thankfully I bought my ear plugs. That’s totally outside of the hotel’s control though. Parking is £17 too per night, which I think is absolutely extortionate. Thankfully it was only the one night. Despite all of the above, there were good amenities in the room, the shower was nice, the room was extremely spacious and it was in a good location for work.

Good spacious convenient
Good spacious modern accommodations- 2 bedrooms 1 with king bed en-suite and other with two single and lounge , another bathroom with small kitchenette that includes microwave, dishwasher , basic dishes and cutlery, kettle , coffee maker - with some tea/coffee. Convenient location . Would use again and recommend

An Enjoyable Stay
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and modern and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I liked that the hotel had a large lobby area as I have stayed at another location that didn’t have one. I also liked that the hotel was located within walking distance to the shopping area and restaurants. My family and I will definitely stay here again in the future.

I really appreciated the staff. They made my stay amazing. Their friendliness and caring spirits got my mind off the reqson I came to Uk, to my grandfather's funeral. When they found out it was birthday, they gave me something, to make me feel at home, since i was away from my family for my birthday. Convenient location Thank you so much again.
