Despite completing online check in prior to arrival and being told to 'just collect my key' when I got there, it took 10 minutes to check in when I arrived. It was difficult to understand what the receptionist was asking for. It was difficult to understand how to gain access to the car park.

Great location with plenty to see and do in this very likeable city. When we stayed we found the plumbing had the habit of regularly sounding like a fog horn on day one. On day two that seemed to have been resolved, so well done!

I’d never booked a Staycity Apartment before, but I would highly recommended! I usually stay in hotels when travelling for work, but from now on if there’s a Staycity apartment in the area, I will look to book there. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly, welcoming member of staff. The check in process was very quick and smooth. I only booked a one bedroom apartment, but it was plenty big enough for what I needed. It had everything you could think of. Small kitchen, all utensils, pans, fridge, oven etc. all in really good condition and very clean! The bed was very comfortable and an added bonus the apartment had aircon!
