You've got a repeat customer right here!
Decided to go to a conference in the Custard factory, and get a hotel the night before, saving me a 4am start (I live in Essex) To be honest, I just looked for a local, cheap hotel with decent ratings. I found Premier Suites, £85 for the room, good ratings, 10 minute walk from the venue. Job done. I had no expectations. I didn't arrive there until 9.30 at night. Everything was great. The layout was a small fully equipped kitchen/diner - spotless - and a living area with a comfy 2-seater sofa and TV. Bathroom was spotless, and the shower was great. loads of storage space. Decent iron. Good wifi. Pretty much everything you need. I felt right at home, and instead of going straight to bed I thought I'd enjoy it, popped next door to the Spar for a bottle of wine and chilled out on the living room before bed. Staff were amazing - loads of email communications with clear instructions and even a phone call from an account manager (apologies forgotten your name) who was very friendly and helpful. Pleasantly surprised and will definitely be using the company again. The only gripe (and it's a small one) is that it was difficult to get into the safe to retrieve my room key - the buttons are a little worn. Other than that, no quibbles whatsoever.

The space is very comfortable. The air in rooms is always kept warm. Everything is very clean and tidy. Nice experiment and and memorable!

Clean znd tidy , limited cooking untensils no frying pan only 3 saucepands tiny grill . Instructions for workjng washing machine , were for a different washing machine to yhe one we had. Bed very comfortable, wardrobe door was broken and couldnf dhut properly as wood was split at top Lovely full size fridge freezer. Sofa comy but low . Couldve dine with a broom , along with the dustpan and brush. All in all was adequate fir our needs , jyst wish my mum had git to enjoy the whole 6 dats of our stay . Unfortunately she only got to enjoy our first night and day there before coming unwell and ended up in hospital where dhe passed away.

Great location and service
Communication was very good after booking, with details of parking options and check-in details etc. The only real draw back was the sofa in the lounge area. Although it was physically big for 3 people, one person would be sat across 2 cushions, and the back and arms were very low making it uncomfortable to relax on. It similar to a sofa you'd get in a waiting room.
