Location was just right for us, room was very clean with everything we needed. Had a few concerns upon my arrival regarding noise from an adjacent room, reported this to the reception, to which they dealt with straight away. Breakfast area was very presentable with a good selection of everything we needed. Breakfast staff were very helpful and made sure the breakfast area items were always in good supply. Nice, modern, reasonably priced hotel on Digbeth side of city. Nothing you wouldn't get in one of the better Premier Inns, apart from a flashy reception. Big room, no noise from inside or outside, quiet but ineffective air con, lovely shower but the gel/shampoo tubes were empty!

A great find in the city centre

Cant fault the place. Clean and comfortable room with friendly check-in/bar staff. Ideal place for a city break due to its location and at a reasonable price
