Loved the hotel and would def recommend. However, was quite noisy with guests standing outsider room door in the early hours having conversations with other guests. This may have been a one off so wouldn’t be put off booking again

Pentahotel Birmingham is convenitenly located a short walk from the Bullring centre (about 15 mins). It also has on street parking outside that is free on Sundays.

The decor downstairs was amazing, definitely got our hopes up. Our room however was so disappointing. We didn't have a main light that worked, the seal around the bathroom was cracked and mouldy, no usb sockets, the TV was okay if you could get the right position for the remote to connect to it. Overall a really disappointing stay.
