The hotel was so well situated being close to New Street station and to the Alexandra and Hippodrome theatres. The reception staff were excellent and gave us useful directions for our evening trip. The hotel corridors and room were very clean but clearly well-used. The traditional breakfasts were excellent and ensured a good start to our day. The staff there were nice and showed us what was available etc. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Breakfast excellent. Very comfy beds. Curtains did not close properly so good job I had a clip to grip them. Door was open on arrival but maintenance came up and sorted very quickly.

I paid £200 £25 extra for parking, i was expected a good room my room had no smart TV toilet was not so clean it was old style, bed was moving alot because back board was not attached to bed i will never visit to this hotel again they ripped me off .
