"We had probably booked the cheapest room in this smart, corporate hotel but it was still extremely clean, quiet, comfortable, pleasantly decorated, and had a view of the river. Took me a little while (being a Boomer) to work out all the fancy panels controlling lights etc but I did quickly enough and everything worked well. My only minuscule issue might be that while the bedside table on my side was a sturdy thing, the table on husband's side wobbled. "

It is worth noting this was my first trip away in a long time and was my first time staying in Newcastle and I suffer from anxiety/paranoia and overthinking, having said that I'm new to staying in hotels overall. "Great hotel, good location close to Westminster and central London. We stayed in a suite which was furnished to a high standard. The executive breakfast was superb, a range of food options on the buffet, a spacious area and great views from the 12th floor to enjoy! Would highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon."

"This hotel exceeded our expectations! It is absolutely beautiful. The location is great and in a very walkable area. It was close to attractions like Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, the London Eye, Churchill War Rooms, & Big Ben. Their restaurant and bar served great food and a lovely breakfast buffet. "After a bumpy start and no a/c in the room I was upgraded to a room with a balcony and a/c. The reception team were so nice, especially the gentleman who was an Arsenal fan. I didn’t get his name but he was lovely and very personable. I had a drink in the bar in the evening and all the team were lovely. The bar was busy but I didn’t have to wait long to get served."
