Positives: The hotel is at best location with major attractions like London eye, Westminster Abby, are at walkable distance, Trafalgar square is very near. The prime location has lot of dining and transportation options (2 metro stations not very far). The hotel staff is very nice. We had an overnight flight and hotel check-in was at 3pm. Nalin was very helpful to store our luggage, accommodate us in waiting room which has free coffee, water, news papers. He gave access card to access restrooms on the 2nd floor. The hotel is eco friendly and has recyclable and refillable bottles which can be filled in waiting room and near elevator on each floor. The waiting room supplies plus empty bottles supplies are very well maintained. I do remember Salman for arranging a power adapter so that I can charge my cellphones using American plug plugged into a UK style socket. The power adapter was against my room reservation and I returned it during checkout. Negatives: I forgot to mention and its not actually negative. The lights of mini kitchen are confusing. I got a quick help to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the microwave of room 813 has some issue. It keeps running, even if you open the door and timer is confusing.

The hotel was fine. The staff was average. Not the friendliest. There was no mini fridge and the closet was a poor excuse for a closet. The bathroom was very small.

Location was the most appealing quality for me. The hotel, staff, and cleanliness were excellent, but it was the location I liked as I think about it. Very close to both east/west and north/south hubs. But you can walk to tons of dining and shopping options. You can walk to Trafalgar Sq., St. James’s Park, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, House of Parliament, Big Ben, and London Eye just to name a few.

Richard and Nikki were very friendly on check in and even let us check in early for no extra fee. The guests lounge with free drinks and magazines was a nice touch. Perfect location for London and all the sites.
