It is not neither a 4 nor a 5 Star Hotel!. Bugs in the bed, smelly carpets, no electricity in the electrical outlets in the room. Never in this place again!.

Staffs are friendly and helpful, location is convenient, walkable to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and to London eye. Close to all the transportation. The thing that I dislike was the room is small and it has a muddy smell inside the room and inside the restroom. Stains on the bed sheets and towels.

Property is located in a great area buses and tube just outside but one of the 2 rooms we had ac was not working and the front desk blamed it on the heat and never was resolved rooms 549 and 548 have a view of a brick wall welcome to the city.

Our Club room was in an annex building with low ceilings and was in desperate need of a remodel. The shower was filthy. There was a leak, so they moved us to another low-quality room, only to have the lights out in the bathroom. So, it was a dark shower, toilet, and mirror. The view was horrendous. We looked out to some alleyway that was filthy and smelled of garbage. We complained, and they offered to upgrade us to a premium room for one night, but we had to pay. Unreal. Employees were kind, but the hotel should be remodeled, and when you reserve, you should be informed of the condition of the rooms. We will not return.

The property is very convenient and within walkable distance from all the attractions. The staff was very helpful. The manager Nalin was exceptional and went above and beyond to take care of us. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice staff, but when I emailed about transportation from Heathrow I was told I should have given more notice and they could have set something up. It was atleast 36 hours prior to arrival that I emailed. Then when they did order a cab for the way home we were told to tell them the day before. Also we were told it was a flat $90 fee but the black cab still charged the metered rate of over $100 pounds. Very very expensive transportation. We asked about alternatives and this was the best option with the luggage we had.

I really loved staying at the Grand! It close to many main attractions and very safe area. The hotel provides free complementary coffee, hot chocolate, tea, etc. and water refillable water bottles in every floor. The bed and pillows are very confortable. Will stay here again.

I have to think this to be a perfect spot for a trip to London. Safe Close to two underground stops , plenty of places to eat, able to walk to so many places . Hotel was awesome, staff very helpful. It was a great stay
