"Hotel is very standard, it looks quite run down and it was quite crowded. There was another desk near the check in desk which served as a community support space. The parking and location is amazing considering it’s so close to Heathrow. This feels like a 3 star hotel, enough comfort to stay but simply to sleep and head out. "
