We had a great time, the hosts are so so lovely and the room is so spacious and comfortable. We were visiting for a wedding and it was a fab room to get ready in. The hosts even had an iron to help us with our suit and dress.

The owner - Jasmine - was wonderful and couldn't do enough to help, she was kind, friendly, supportive and easy going. Her breakfast was perfect and she really made us welcome; will definitely be staying again and looking forward to it. The property is also close to Arnos Grove station (about 5-10 mins walk) and within Zone 4/5, so really easy to get to. The place is spotlessly clean and just gorgeous. Definitely coming back - thank you.

We had a concert at Hammersmith and chose this place as it was close to the venue. The staff were all very friendly and the room was very nice with a very comfortable bed. I would recommend staying here if you need to be in the Hammersmith area

Really nice room

Took my wife to London for her Birthday weekend. We enjoyed the Hand and Flowers' friendly staff, private access, and proximity to the tube. Pub had good selection of beers and good pub menu. We will be back again.

A few problems checking in due to us changing our time of arrival but owner and his children were very friendly and explained everything well. Very well furnished and comfortable. Lots of good food to which you can help yourself for breakfast. We stayed in the en-suite room. Very pleased with everything but not certain about the glass door to the ensuite. No staff in the inn. Could do with a lick of paint in places, but overall a good stay and good location

I cannot fault this little B&B at all. I booked at quite short notice for a small double ensuite room - when I arrived I was upgraded to a bigger ensuite room, which was exceptionally comfortable (if you are going for a 3-person room I would highly recommend it!!). The staff I encountered were all friendly, welcoming and genuine - from the ladies doing the cooking at breakfast, to the housekeeping staff and the son who appeared to be doing everything else. The room was very clean and tidy and luckily, a fan was provided because it was very warm up there due to the heatwave. The guy on reception was very friendly and informative and gave us simple instructions to get to our room. The guest house is only a 5 minute walk away from the tube station so it was a very good location and the area was nice with a lovely bakery just up the street, but also Costa not too far either. Highly recommend and we will keep it in mind when we return

This was our first stay at a B&B. An originally planned one-night stay turned spontaneously into a 2-night stay, but Tom & Patricia are lovely hosts and have accommodated to our flexible needs fuss-free & professionally. I stayed in the Love & Peace cottage. I initially was only staying a few days, but resulted in staying 3 weeks due to my father's health. Pat, the owner, was so welcoming and then so accommodating with the uncertainty of my length of stay. Going through a rollercoaster of emotions, Pat always made sure I was ok.
