"Lovely hotel located well rooms a little on the small side but everything we needed"

"We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor but we noticed straight away that the toilet was leaking. The staff were straight onto the problem but it couldn't be quickly fixed so we were moved to an alternative room which was more spacious and with a nicer outlook. The room was comfortable and had all we needed. We enjoyed the breakfasts and booked to eat in the hotel each night and were not disappointed- good food, and not too pricey. "This hotel was centrally located and very convenient to the "Tube" for easy transport. The hotel was clean and the A/C worked very well (our preferenced). They also offer coffee, tea and an "hydration" area that offer empty bottles to refill with water 24/7! Rooms are not the biggest, but comfortable. Would stay here again!"

"Really enjoyed our little overnighter here. Absolutely stunning building. Nice size room with high ceiling in gorgeous Tudor style. Bed comfy nice bedding. Read some bad reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Yes the carpet is a little old and the chair by the window but it’s all part of the charm. Large modern bathroom. Only negative was a little dust on the windowsills nothing to ruin a lovely comfy night sleep and lovely staff at check in too"
