Virtually no housekeeping. No soap. Resort fee charged but water park, adult pool, escalators, etc. were closed. Business center workers didn't know how to sign into their computer, how to make photocopies, etc.

Great location for our trip. We saw a show, went to the MOMA, had a great dinner nearby. Close to the Port Authority, important for us as we took the bus from Boston. Beds were comfortable and room good sized for NY.
