I enjoyed the pool the services was excellent but only thing wrong was the room air conditioner was not working properly I complained about it they was supposed to fix it but they never did and my husband and I had to sleep 4 night in a hot room

Classic New York Hotel. It’s in the center of the rat race. The location is like downtown Chicago on steroids. The hotel itself was outdated, but had an old time class to it. Amazing location, clean and spacious room. Our view was great but I wish we had gotten the Times Square view, just because I know it would have been spectacular. The staff that we interacted with were all helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.
