My first time booking a hotel room ever and it was so easy. Staff was very helpful very easy to get to your rooms no complaints my room was very clean and spacious very fun casino 🎰
I had a great time! The room is beautiful, plenty of space. I'm a nerd, so the pyramid structure to me is second to none. The balcony outside each room is super cool and offers a great view of the Atrium below. I recommend this hotel 100%

Everything was excellent. We were going to use the pool but other guests informed us that it wasn't clean so we didn't actually get a visual of the pool.
Well the experience was nothing exceptional. It met the normal current standards of the industry. Rooms, bathrooms were 10/10. Customer service 10/10, there was no issue as far as the hotel was concerned. Vegas heat was my issue.

Since only paid $50 per night, I should not complain anything about it. It was a good one before, but after years, the room and the building (I mean the pyramid) lacks maintenance or update. If the old TV, the peeling wallpaper in the room, even a hole on the duvet cover is acceptable, that’s a good one to save the money.

I liked the hotel. Very clean but would have liked more places to eat. The pool was nice and clean. Would also like to see prices come down on food and drinks. I also am not happy with resort fees. I know I have to pay them but the price was different for the fees when I checked out and I wasn’t too happy about it.

Tower rooms are clean and spacious. The only negative would be there is no mini fridge to keep things/drinks cold. The property is nice, food court could have a few more options. The biggest negative was the pool. It’s 110 degrees in the blazing sun and you have to PAY for ANY shade. Cheapest option is $150 for two lounge chairs and and an umbrella. Kinda makes the pool area unusable.
Unfortunately, our stay at the Luxor was not a positive experience. From the moment we got to our room, the air quality felt poor and the HVAC system appeared to be heavily coated with dust, mold, and debris. My boyfriend, who has asthma, began experiencing chest tightness and difficulty breathing while we were in the room, and his symptoms noticeably improved whenever we left the hotel.
The condition of the room and ventilation system made us uncomfortable enough that we decided to leave the hotel in the middle of the night rather than continue our stay. For a major Las Vegas resort, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance, especially regarding air quality and guest safety.
While the staff interactions we had were pleasant, the condition of the room ultimately overshadowed our experience. I hope the hotel addresses these issues so future guests, particularly those with allergies, asthma, or other respiratory conditions, can have a safer and more comfortable stay.

The room was nice & clean; however there were several matters that may require attention at the hotel
1. There were no rubber mats in the shower stall.
**** Fell in the shower once the Body Wash was settling in the shower. Dangerously unsafe for guests.
2. No refrigerator in the cabinet that looked like it had one.
3. No coffee maker apparatus.
4. "Reserved" sitting areas with umbrellas, at the pool, were vacant as noone occupied those marked as such for most of the day. Were their useage based on preliminary arrangements? Otherwise, if a policy controls the use of same it may need to be revised.
N.B.: Others were willing to utilize them but could not.
5. Ideal location, close to many places that guests may wish to visit or go to.
6. Lots of ways to get transportation onsite.
7. Lots of eateries on site.
Overall a good rating is due it. I enjoyed my stay.
The property was not well kept. Rooms outdated and decor. Elevators paint peeling.
Dirty room carpets. Staff couldn't answer routine questions like where's the bathroom. Restaurants were good.
Just the hotel was horrible walking on dirty carpet
Generally it was an ok stay, room was clean, they were having sewer issues so sometimes you could hear the sewer gas bubbling in the bathroom and it would make the room reek. The hotel its self was pretty nice although the elevators were almost in disrepair door coverings peeling, bearings were definitely out making the elevator ride ruff and screech definitely shouldve been out of service most of them. The "resort fees" are for the 1980s land line phone and cable TV thats 480p. Wanna set down literally anywhere at the pool gotta pay extra. Definitely just a mid experience. Resort fees definitely overpriced for they include. Overall an ok stay. Would recommend staying somewhere else overall though.
