"AC in the room didn’t work so it never got cool. It was cooler in the hallway than it ever got in my room. Other than that it was as you’d expect a Vegas room/hotel to be."

"Our Resort King room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. We did have an issue with a constant humming noise that interfered with sleep, otherwise I would have rated as a 5. This noise was also heard outside the room in the hallway and sounded like it could have been part of the A/C system. I don’t know if this was unique to our wing of the hotel , but it needs to be addressed. We were also disappointed that the Skyfall Bar as well as the Wolfgang Puck and Micheal Mina were closed for private parties during our stay, so we did not get to experience any of them. Also, the mini bar system is a bit militant, we were afraid to touch anything for fear of being charged. Most nice hotels offer free coffee in the room. Not a big deal, but it did leave a less than positive feeling."

"Hotel is amazing over all, but room had a constant high pitch ringing noise, and for such an amazing 5 star hotel, no coffees in room was very disappointing. Pool was amazing, bars very nice and the hall of excellence was excellent."
