"Main pool closed leaving the smaller pool over crowded. Some staff not helpful and cared too much about commission. Took some time to find the actual elevator to reach atrium level. "

"1st off the hotel was very dated. The casino carpet was dirty looking and due to smoking allowed smelled of heavy smoke. The Hooters sign is very large and lit and to find out its not available to customers (then why do you still have an active sign up?? disappointed) I liked the water bottles provided and even though I didn't use the pool it was the most attractive amenity to the hotel. Please make sure to bring your slippers to walk on the room carpet."
