"My room appeared to be updated and it was clean. I saw the housekeeper a few times and she was over the top wonderful. For the most part, the majority of staff was nice, helpful, and pleasent. Of course I ran into several that were not and soured the experience. A few were just rude and bartenders would walk right by me and not even ask if I needed/wanted anything."

"Great casino. The rooms do not come with coffee. They limit your internet so don’t plan to be able to work or use more than two devices."

"The 2 other times I stayed at the Flamingo, the pool area had plenty of lounge chairs and palm trees for shade, which was helpful in the hot sun. This last stay, most of the seating was cabanas for rent, with fewer free seating options out of the sun. I found a shady spot and moved a chair to it. A security guard told me that the chairs couldn't be moved, they had to stay in line, and chased me away. Also, there is a patio area in the back which is where I would sit and drink coffee in the morning in a peaceful setting. Now it is dirty and neglected. I won't be going back. "

"The room was clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff does a great job. Front end and all restaurant staff were great. The carpet was looking a bit tired. The HVAC system was anemic. It took FOREVER for room to cool down. We chose a room with a view of the "Eifel Tower", We could definitely see it. However, the outside of the windows were absolutely positively the dirtiest I have ever seen. I've see cleaner windows on a truck driving down the Alcan highway."
