"Great service at check-in, had trendy cocktails at the golden monkey tiki lounge and cheesecake at Juniors. Enjoyed such a rejuvenating spa experience for ultra relaxation with dry sauna room, steam room, and heated crystal laconium room. Music plays throughout the resort and so does the style and lighting. Convenient food options and good service. Everything is new, modern, and not over crowded like other resorts so you don’t have to wait in long lines. The concert venues are done proper, with high security, top notch sound and plenty of bars. We had a lot of fun, again!"

"Love that it is pet friendly and has a cute little potty area right at front. Bellman was great! Checking in was a disaster as there was a line out the door and only 2 people working front desk. People from the “elite status” line kept cutting over to to the peasants side, because their own line was taking longer, as they had needy people who had 20 questions and disregarded everyone else that was waiting 40+ minutes for the line to move! Front desk workers had no order nor care when we peasants spoke up about it."
