"Overall ok stay at cosmo, price was quite expensive for the lack of hospitality received, staff not helpful at all, check in took forever and room was not ready till after check in time, paid for upgraded suite and promised late check out which was denied when asked on day of checkout, cards stopped working to get into room before checkout time leaving all our bags locked in room and had to wait in long line to get them reworking. Have had much better experience at other hotels for less money "

"Room was clean. Staff was friendly. We haven’t been to Las Vegas in a while so we were confused about the parking situation. $20 a day for week day parking and more for the weekend was frustrating. Others than that we enjoyed our stay."

"Flamingo was HORRIBLE!!! After driving 5 hours from 1am to 6am to be told that they cancelled my room due to me not checking in by 3am is so ridiculous (I got the room from Thursday to Sunday), they then told me to wait because they had sold out for that night and my room was givin away. In 3 hours my room was givin away. 10am rolls around & they give me room & it smells. Very disappointed!!! When we leave the parking structure. It took us 10 min to leave. The key wasn’t working and when we tried calling someone to help us with it. They didn’t answer! Nobody was very helpful.!! No customer what’s so ever!!! Will definitely take my business somewhere else. Only good thing this hotel has going for them is there location.! Do better flamingo!!! "

"Check in was easy, room was clean. Everything you need to do is right at the Linq The only thing I could think of negative that shocked me was the check out i suddenly owed $250 for what reason I don’t know."
