My fourth stay here. Love the convenience and accessibility overall. Great view from our room without an upgrade. Comfortable and Joey but did run into a very concerning issue worth sharing Did not receive any housekeeping during our five day/ four night stay.And confirmed it was not through any request at our level. Asked a manger at front desk manager and was offered a $50 food and beverage credit after telling her we were checking out early next morning (11:00 night before) so it was of no use. Also offered excuse of short staff but talked to several other guests on elevator on five different floors who had all had daily housekeeping. Don’t make BS excuses when information to contradict is easily available. Having to ask for clean towels and toilet paper three days in is one thing but having it left on bathroom counter and not put away was also disappointing.
