The elevators didn’t work for the 3 days I was there. I had to forfeit my premium room on the 16th floor to one on the 4th so I could take the stairs. Staff said that this was a reoccurring problem.

Unfortunately I had one of the worse experiences in Las Vegas due to the hotel stay. It’s conveniently located, but unfortunately none of the 6 elevators were working, had to use the hotel service elevator which was both dirty and dangerous to use. The service elevator would get stuck between floors all the time, stalled once for 10/15 minutes (I have videos to prove this), and when it finally worked - trash piled up on the sides outside elevator. Additionally, the A/C in my room was not working- felt hotter then the hallway. After several calls to the front desk and no response, I had to go downstairs and wait over 25 minutes to speak to one of the two customer service representatives at the front desk. Fortunately, they were able to change me to a different room, but took security over 35 minutes to complete room transfer because staff was afraid to use their own elevators. So we had to use the stairs to make it up to the 11th, yes I said 11th floor and then again down to the 6th floor. Honestly- just terrible experience overall. I would not recommend or stay at this location ever again or understand how Expedia can still have partnership with this hotel. Quite frankly- I should be reimbursed for this hotel stay. Extremely disappointed. Again- I have pictures and videos should they be necessary and can submit as evidence.

All the elevators were inoperable but 1 and that was the employee elevator. We had a alarm and no one was sure of how and where to evacuate. Mind that I traveled with two, two month old children. The hotel was very not sanitary at all. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Did not check in because of rude staff. They took my id for check in and after looking me up on the computer informed that all the elevators in the casino are not functional. They offered us room on 9 floor. Definitely reserving the lower room for higher paying guest. How can all the elevators be out at the same time? And they had no idea when they will be repaired. Had to look for alternate hotel after hours of travelling. They did not have the courtesy to email/call us before hand about the elevators.

The construction sounds waking me up at 6am sharp is wild. I went on vacation to enjoy my time and i feel less rested than ever. Skeepless nights. Elevators not working at all. We had to use the one and only service Elevator they had. Horrible experience overall.
