Ceasars Palace is a staple of Las Vegas which is why we felt our trip wouldn't be complete without staying here, but our stay was full of ups and downs. The front desk staff were kind and helpful, offering us late checkin due to our late flight and late checkout in the morning. The checkin line however took 45 minutes to get through and offered no room to sit down as you waited. Once at the front of the line, it took us 5 minutes to get our room key and they upgraded us to a suite on the 27th floor. The room itself was fantastic with beautiful views of the pools and the city. The shower was exquisite with two shower heads and lots of space! Checkout was much easier due to the self-checkout machines on the casino level. Our one major problem with Ceasars was the lyft/uber rideshare area. It is confusing to find for both the Ceasars guests and the drivers. It took us 25 minutes and 5 calls to find her, and we eneded up meeting her in the vallet area instead of the rideshare spot.
