The good: - Property has a great location. Right across from Bellagio, 10 min to Caesars Palace, and 5 min walk to tons of restaurants. - Staff were very nice and the check-in was about as smooth as possible. The Bad: - No microwave or coffee maker in the room. I had to forgo my morning coffee because i wasn't spending $7 a day on plain black Starbucks coffee. - While the view of the fountain was nice, the window was absolutely filthy and detracted greatly. So much so I couldn't even take pictures/video of the fountain show. I have pictures of the window to share. - Our trip was a getaway to celebrate our 8 year anniversary, and stated such in my reservation. However, the room we were put was on the same wall as the elevators and we had to listen to them going up and down ALL NIGHT LONG. Again, i took video (at 2AM) which highlights these sounds. This caused poor sleep which was then exasperated by the lack of coffee. If you don't believe me, try spending a night in room 1781. Lastly, the Ugly: - The HVAC filter was absolutely disgusting. Words can't possibly describe how dirty the filter was. Again, we took pictures/video of this issue. There was about a half-inch deep amount of dust and dead skin caked on the filter. In the video, we took a pen to scrape a section of the filter and words don't do justice. I'm willing to bet, the filter has never been changed because the screw to open and change the filter is painted over and clearly hasn't been removed.
Picture of dirty window which greatly detracted from the view. Who knows when was the last time this was cleaned.

Enjoyed the pool area for two days. Rented a cabana (apprx $ 250 US/day) made a mini tropical trip because the weather was favorable. Evenings we went to Fremont! Worth every bit of time and money to get there. A must do while staying at PH discover the Mile Shops and restaurants. I highly recommend Blondies for breakfast! The overall accommodations were good a regular hotel stay. Would book again because of the accessibility to the teathers and mall.

Id like to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at Planet Hollywood. From the moment we checked in, the experience fell far below expectations. To begin with, we did not receive the room upgrade we had requested on one room. While the manager, Romell, eventually compensated us for this, the issue set the tone for what became a very frustrating stay. Throughout our entire visit, we did not receive housekeeping service even once. Despite being out of the room for long stretches each day, we returned every evening to unmade beds, unchanged towels, and overflowing garbage. On top of that, the shower in one of the rooms repeatedly backed up, causing water to fill the tub and spread a strong, unpleasant smell. This odor lingered for two days. It took three separate requests before engineering finally came to inspect the issue, and even then, no one communicated the outcome to us. Because of the smell and lack of clarity, the four of us ended up using just one room for the remainder of the stay, which was extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, we all returned home feeling unwell, with sore throats that we strongly suspect were connected to the odor and conditions in the room. Overall, this stay was nothing short of unacceptable. For a hotel of Planet Hollywood’s reputation, the combination of missed upgrades, lack of housekeeping, unresolved maintenance issues, and poor communication is simply inexcusable. I hope the hotel seriously reviews these concerns
