location is great. room was clean and comfortable. some common areas around the facility appear tired but still worth the value. like most places on fremont, could do more to keep the property secure and free from vagrants/beggars and slot machine scammers.

My room smelled old and mildewy. The temperature of AC was inconsistent and the water pressure and temperature of the shower were also inconsistent. There was mildew around the bottom of the shower and the curtain was too short, so the bathroom floor got wet whenever I showered. Chest of drawers was broken and last but not least the bed frame stuck out but hidden by the skirt and I banged the hell out of my ankle on it.

The customer service desk lady’s are very rude. When they help you check in they have attitude. I am a very nice person but when you ask them simple question about the hotel and your stay they are rude and have attitude. They don’t want to speak to you it doesn’t matter if it’s in the morning or at night they are rude.
