I loved the Kentucky Derby machine!! Haven’t seen another one like it!! Casino employees were very nice and professional. Some of the hotel staff was rude. We ran out of toilet paper toward the end of our stay. Called the desk to ask for more and they replied with “we will get that up to you ma’am”. Waited an hour then called again with no answer. Still didn’t have any the next day so I just used one of the towels that was in the room.

This was our first time staying at the Plaza and for the most part we were satisfied. Check-in was fast and professional. The lobby and casino area appears well maintained and clean. Our room was large with a very comfortable king-size bed, nice linens and convenient bedside charging stations. The bathroom was a disappointment, it was small and grubby, the tile baseboards had a layer of dust and behind the bathroom door the floor was dirty. I always take a pack of Clorox wipes when travelling and used several to wipe down the bathroom. We tried the happy hour at Hash House A Go A Go and would recommend the wings. The service was friendly and professional. We would stay at the Plaza again but I'd call housekeeping next time to clean the bathroom.

The hotel was close to where we needed to be in downtown Vegas. Room was clean and of good size. AC unit was soooo noisy, but that’s not a big deal. Time to refresh the carpet and wall paper as decor is very dated. Pool area is pretty cool. Staff was great and very helpful. In all, we enjoyed our stay
