California is an excellent hotel nice room, great hot water and powerful water any time of the day. I said 4 Starr only because no early check in had to wait 4 hours to get a room.

Yes the room was nice and the staff was friendly. The only negative is that there is quite a bit of noise from events downtown until 10pm. For a week night that seemed unusual.

Prices here much better than on the strip. All restaurants here were good. Room was clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The casino had the press your luck slots, which is my favorite game to play.
