Other than low water pressure in the shower, the room was fine. Bedding was comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was great for every where we wanted to walk to. The dual piano lounge inside and the Carnival Court outside were great places to hang out while we were in between events.

The room and the bathroom were very clean and comfortable, but we would prefer a room that includes the convenience of a refrigerator and complementary coffee. We found the minibar to be quite extensive, but it was overpriced. Wound up going to Walgreens for basics like bottled water and made several trips to the ice machine on another floor.

Resort fee should be displayed on the price i paid. Hidden fees are a good way to drive out customers! Especially when food is not included! Its clean and all but one star for hidden fees!

The bed was comfortable. Things that could be improved: - Provide free in-room coffee (you will get charged a surprising sum if you use the coffee in the room and the Starbucks downstairs charges around $12 for a basic latte). I chose to get my caffeine off the Strip - Charge less for parking to folks staying with you - Have showers that fully shut and not just a piece of glass that goes half way along the shower - I was under the impression (apparently incorrectly) that Expedia Gold members were eligible for free room upgrades, if available. I stayed two nights mid-week and the hotel was not busy. When I inquired at check-in, the agent seemed to respond as if not having heard my question, and spent awhile reading every different kind of room I could pay to upgrade to. After saying, “No thanks - I was just inquiring if Expedia Gold complimentary upgrades are available,” the check in agent proceeded to want to re-state to me every kind of room I could pay to upgrade - The room I was assigned was in the 4600 numbers. For regular folks, that means floor six. It faces the building wall and roof / no view of note.

I loved my stay. Heather at the front desk was so sweet, professional, and super helpful. The room was nice and clean #19012.It had a nice view. We had pizza from Pizza Cake it was so yummy. I just wished parking was free but other than that my brother and I had a great time!

The room was very clean! The pillows were amazing! And the bed was very comfy. It was quiet. The only thing I wasn't fond of was the hot water flow. It would be hot, then it would cool off and then get hot again. But other than that it was great!

I loved my stay at Harrah’s Las Vegas! The hotel is so modern. The room was clean, the vanity mirror was perfect for getting ready, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating! I loved how the monorail was attached to the hotel, super convenient!

The room was very nice. We were able to get an upgrade to a suite and it was perfect for 3 people. It is a well managed hotel. I will say that there are no free upgrades. We had to pay extra for early check in and for the suite. The casino is not the biggest or best on the strip, but the location is good. The food available after midnight was very scarce and they do not offer room service. They refer you to door dash. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.
