The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a great atmosphere and amenities. I did have a small incident during my stay that required several calls to the service desk before it was addressed, but once they responded, the issue was handled. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning.
Nice rooms. Plenty of restaurant choices. Really liked the casino. Great that resort fees were waived during my stay and parking was also free. Enjoyed my stay.
Excellent hotel and location. A little off the strip but this works well because it is a much calmer area and not too far from the rest of the shows, restaurants and other hotels. The spa is the best one in Vegas!! Loved this hotel. Will definitely return. Staff is excellent.
This hotel has everything possible! All the top restaurants and shopping stores. You really don’t have to leave this hotel at all. Where it is located though is about 15 mins from the strip by car, but walking distance is about an hour to get to the strip. Beautiful hotel! I enjoyed staying here
Everything was amazing. The lobby was nice, fresh roses, smelled amazing. The hotel was easy to navigate, casino on 1 food and spa on 2, pool on 3. My room had a great view of the Sphere. This was a great stay, will definitely return.
For some reason the room key kept deactivating, had to get new keys twice.
Excellent property! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful! The pool was beautiful with plenty of chairs. Our room was very clean with plenty of amenities. We ate at several restaurants, and our absolute favorite was the Washing Potato (strange name, but the best Asian food we’ve had in a long time!). The fitness center was the best we’ve ever been to in a hotel! We will stay here again!
I was very upset. There were no coffee pots in the room. I had to go down 58 floors to get coffee in the morning that was the only complaint I would have. The rooms were very clean. The staff was excellent and the out outdoor pool was extraordinary.
The Fontainebleau was a nice hotel. Relatively new. Very clean and modern. Our room was nice and we got settled quickly. But the resort was pretty dead. No Vegas vibe. It was a good stay. Not great.
I loved this hotel. I have never been here before but will definately stay here going forward. The best part is the staff so helpful delightful. The food was also incredible.
The rooms are big as well maintained as can be expected for the strip. Staff were mostly kind and helpful.
The blonde ladies though almost every single one that was employed had an issue with me though. So the lady that works at the coffee shop the security guard with blonde hair. No idea what I did to ya all but you all got attitude issues. Maybe it’s the bleach. Didn’t care for it regardless.
I was just trying to get a coffee and got locked out of my room, my bad.
Housekeeping was great, and room service they were incredibly kind. But in room dining not worth it. Wanted to treat myself. Made me sick all next day. Let alone the price for an entree and side dish for one person plus tip is 90 dollars. No drink, I provided myself that instead of paying the 10 dollars. I walked a block to Walgreens for a 3 dollar water. Slots and table games are expensive. Maybe one or two slots with 30 or 60 cent minimum bet.
But you gotta look and most of those are glitching. Well most the slots are glitchy as f!$&?. And circus circus is right across the street.
So really the only upside to this resort is the rooms. And all of us knowing Vegas that quality only lasts a year or two. But they have great deals for locals. So I’ll give them their props for that. But not worth it in the long run. Unless you get a room for a quick walk to the convention center.
This is definitely a 5 star hotel. We had a great view of the strip and the sphere from our room. Beautiful art work around every corner. Will definitely stay here again.
