"Front desk very rude"

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The room lacked basic necessities and the overall experience did not meet expectations at all. Housekeeping was either nonexistent or extremely limited during my stay. We were constantly short on towels, there was no water provided in the room, and even basic coffee supplies were missing. For the price paid, I expected much better service, cleanliness, and attention to guest comfort. Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant hotel experience."

"Room was really good/ clean / updated . HOTEL staff were super rude though . CASINO staff and restaurant staff were phenomenal. Overall decent experience and would come back. Staff just need to be replaced with staff that actually want to be there and dont treat customers like theyre a bother...."

"Had to ask housekeeping for towels and body wash(the container was empty). Floor 24 pool was closed. Smelled to stale smoke. Work was being done and they started at 6am. Some Restaurants were closed On Tuesday and Wednesday. Other restaurant closed at 3pm. I think I have ptsd from The workers constantly trying to get us to go to the time share meeting. No means no. Everything was about the money. "

"booked with a Complementary breakfast for additional $6 per person( you get what you pay for small bowl of fruit and a Danish. ) I ended up offering a real breakfast at 15 for egg sausage and Hashbrons. the rooms were pretty clean with a modern look, very small. I did ask for a High room, front desk was helpful floor 33 with partial View of the strip facing North . The casino did not have too many options of Tables , a few homeless/Druggies hanging out by the main , Entrance , they have a few restaurants inside and a CVS self Parking a FREE , reared in casinos in Vegas, walk form the Parking to the hotel seem a bit rundown overall I stayed Thursday -Sunday and paid about $500 for all, So I guess the price is not too bad. this might be because it was first week of April "
