"I was skeptical after reading some reviews but the hotel was clean the room was fine. It's older and dated sure but we didn't expect a brand new hotel. The beds were comfortable. The arcade was fun, the food is all expensive but we did have breakfast upstairs. The coffee place by the elevators to the royal tower are cheaper that the Starbucks and tastes just as good. The casino floor looked fine but the cigarette smell was almost unbearable. Other casinos allowed smoking and did not smell that way. If they can get that under control I would definitely go back."

"TI was a very nice lobby and had some really good food choices and a 24 hour cvs attached which was convenient. The check in process was terrible, 2 employees working the counter at prime check in time made for very agitated customers, workers no sense of urgency or concern to get the lines down, self check in kiosks were giving everyone trouble. After 30 mins in line a gentleman that helped us was very pleasant and was able to help with my request. Room seemed to have no upgrades but was clean and had a great view of the strip."

"We had a group of people and all rooms were clean. The staff at check in was good. There wasn’t a line at the time. The location is very good. The mall attached is a plus. There are inexpensive places to eat and an ABC store. Would stay again"

"While the property was excellent and the rooms spacious and clean, it was the staff that made the stay wonderful. My only recommendation is the lighting in the rooms. There should be light switches near the beds to control the intensity of the lighting and the only choices available is all the lights on at once, all the lights off, and dim. But the dim is too bright to allow one to sleep and the other work. It is a small issue and the only one we noticed. Great stay."
