"The reason for not-so-good a rating is due to the maintenance of the room. Our suite had plumbing issues- whenever we used the sink in the half/bathroom the water would come out and back up in the bar sink (in the living room), making noise and leaving a bit of a “sewage” scent. When we reported the incident to the front desk, the attendant said someone would be sent to take a look but no one came at all. The hotel overall seemed understaffed. We had to wait in long lines for a long time form just about anything- for instance, on a Friday, there were only 3 parking attendants operating the entire valet service, and it took almost an hour to get our car. For the prices charged, the service was not up to par."

"staff was not helpful, un talkative and rude. We had an older lady and when we tried to make conversation about me being there for my birthday she didn’t care. The room is marking that you will have an Eiffel tower room well you don’t, that’s $50 extra. Lots of kids at the pool as well and I feel like everything was almost good. But the staff almost everywhere was so nice."
