The room's floor was loose and it was the elevated room, unable to great courteous treatment from check in. and the room was missing hair dryer, iron and other amenities that were provided before. me and my family have stayed in this hotel for many years but very disappointed this time. will not return to stay with this hotel.

The room was clean & cozy the bed was so comfortable we slept like babies food , entertainment was easy to access and enjoy staff was amazing fast and very efficient we love to stay here and will definitely return.

It's a nice smaller hotel. Didn't like that after being talked into upgrading to a remodeled room, they were doing construction on the room above mine. Nothing like construction sounds all day and night.

I was charged twice the resort fee - bad service at check in took a while to release the room and the room was disgusting very dirty

Frist we didn't have no heat in our room then i understand you all is under construction so why put people right under where they are working and that meant no sleep cause they were working 24 hours yes we did get moved but that was an inconvenience.
