"Overall the stay wasn’t great just okay. It’s an inconvenience to not have a mini fridge in the room. I called and asked if someone can come get our trash out and no one ever came. "

"It seems like they have lots of rules to prevent the staff fom being helpful. I arrived early in the day, too early to check in, so I rented a pool cabana. Asked for a coffee...impossible to have one delivered to the pool. Later got a text my room was ready, walked down to check-in, and was told my room was not ready. Asked them to send my keys up to the pool cabana when my room was ready - another impossibility. Went back to the pool. At check in time, went back to the front desk, only now my room was no longer available. Got a different room, under renovation, with a spectacular view of the air handlers and no bulbs in most of the lamps. Don't get me wrong, staff was friendly, just good at saying no. Pool was nice, restaurants fine, casino small but fine, comedy show enjoyable. But overall just, meh."

"So there are no sign leading to check in. There's no one around after a certain. The elevator are a mess during check out. The amenities for kids is great "

"They list check time as 4:00. I checked in at 2:00 not expecting to get into my room. When I went back at 4:00 I was told that my room was not even close to ready and that “oftentimes the rooms are not ready until 8:00-8:30”. When I explained that we had been traveling all day and wanted to shower and change before dinner, I was given attitude and told “we are busy”. I paid for parking at the kiosk, was charged too much. I just paid it to get my ticket and leave. When I reached the exit and put in the ticket it charged me again. No refrigerator, coffee marker, safe… in the room. The casino was nice but I would NEVER stay here again. "

"The family pool was overcrowded, the water slide pools were closed, they don’t let you bring water in. If you want an affordable clean place in a good location, the Flamingo is good, if you want a family pool experience, spend a little more and go to the MGM Grand, way better! Lazy river, several pools, and free water. "
