"The room sq ft was great but the room was not cleaned, dirty towel left in the shower and tissues left in the bathroom trash. The doors are painted a matte black and looked very dirty. Housekeeping never responded; room service was brought in a plastic bag; no tray services. Bathtub has no products, it was beautiful, but you couldn’t use it. Very poor service and definitely not worth the price. I stayed in a suite for three days and paid way too much."

"Self check in with no real customer service was no convenient or helpful. When room the room was ready, I discovered they put me in a room I didn’t book. Had to call downstairs to get it fixed, which they handled but never apologized for putting me in the wrong room. Had to walk a great distance to get back to the correct room. Once in correct room, all was fine. "
