I liked the balcony view. But my phone would not stopping ringing even when I just checked in, whenever I answered the phone no response. I made management aware and all they did was disconnect the phone. Ok, no problem. No remote for tv in room and when I finally got one, the remote stopped working second day into trip and there was no way to change channels even manually on tv. That's ok for most but some people sleep with tv on and this tv was stuck on FOX news (fake news) station. I used my cell phone to watch tv. The elevators would leave you stranded on floors you didn't chose, even when used key card. Just to go one flight up from my floor I would have to ride up and down elevator or even change elevators to get to desired floor. Could not get concierge service when I wanted to celebrate my cousins birthday, nor room service. Never been to Vegas and actually starved on trip. Will never stay at this hotel again. Whenever I've come to Vegas I stay at different hotels. Let's just say, I will never stay at MGM the Signature ever again. Told my complaints to management and got a nonchalant response. I could not wait to fill this survey out about my stay and I don't complain or fill out survey unless it's very important to me and mine.
