"Hotel check-in was much better this time. Crazy lady named CJ has changed. She was very very rude before, now has taken chill pill and was very nice and helpful checking in. Rooms in West Tower are nicer, not totally remodeled, but differently upgrades were made. Overall much better then before. "

"We enjoyed relaxing and swimming in the pool, the room had a sofa and table as well as a king bed, so good space to chill out as well as sleep. We loved eating at both baliwick and copper whisk. Highly recommend this place."
