Everything was amazing! Checking in was remarkably FAST and easy! The timing was impeccable. We has been in our room for probably 2 minutes tops when we received a phone call saying our bags were on the way. We didnt even have our room number when we turned our bags over to the bell staff. 5 minutes ...

I let them know I hurt my knee and needed to remove my hotel upgrade Bc that building was too far of a walk. They accommodated this right away and as an added bonus they put me on the 1st floor which was really nice to put a note in the system for that

The facility and location of hotel is good. But there was an additional cahrge of $35 per day resort fee (swimming pool and internet)
