At the Adventuredome Theme Park, you can take a ride on the world's only indoor double-loop, double-corkscrew rollercoaster, as well as go on the bumper cars and climbing wall, ride the Ferris wheel, or even join the adventure on a swinging pirate ship. This five-acre site offers more than 20 different rides, which makes it a great place for a day out.
You can't help but notice Adventuredome on the Vegas skyline. Connected to the Circus Circus Hotel and Casino right on the Las Vegas Strip, you'll spot its huge roof constructed from pink-tinted glass. From the inside you can admire how it has been designed to resemble a canyon.
It is a great place for families especially, with child-friendly rides in abundance. Take the youngsters on Miner Mike, a miniature runaway coal train or let them go on Thunderbirds, a replica aircraft from the 1920s that takes visitors high above the crowds.
There are also plenty of premium and large rides for bigger kids too. Try out the Rim Runner, a water ride that will take you on an 18-metre plunge, or go whirling round on Chaos. Disk-O will spin you and rock you all over, whilst the Canyon Blaster roller coaster will take you at speeds of almost 90 kilometres per hour through double loops and corkscrews.
If you're looking for a more sedate visit, you can also watch 4D films, enjoy a free clown show, try the 18-hole miniature golf course and much more besides. Visit the virtual reality zone, try your hand at mini bowling, or head to the arcade where you'll find a wide selection of great video games. If you get hungry, grab a bite to eat at the food tent adjoining the park, serving burgers, pizza and ice cream.
Part of the Circus Circus Casino & Resort complex to the north of The Strip, Adventuredome is easy to reach by monorail, public bus, and mini-bus shuttle, all of which stop here. The attraction opens every day but opening hours vary from week to week. You can get tickets for individual rides, or buy an all-day pass.
