I really like the food court to sit and relax. Staff helpful good amenities. Circus Circus has gotten better over the years. It has gotten cleaner more amenities. The rates are good too.
I give Circus a 7/10. I love that it’s one out of a few family oriented hotels. It’s a very big property with a lot for the younger kids to do. My child is 11 years old and she enjoyed it & said she would come back. The staff was friendly & helpful. The hotel was pretty clean. The elevators took a little while especially at peak hours of the day.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Very nice clean rooms and at a good price; appx. $60, I thought it was worth it and will come back. The location is also good, close to Las Vegas promenade to walk around, and close to downtown at Fremont St. where everyone goes to. The pool was nice and I used it. There is a Mcdonalds next door and I went there for breakfasts. Good location. There is nothing I can complaint. Inexpensive vacation
Will come back
Free parking, easy check-in, amazing customer service, affordable rooms, fun family friendly arcade, pools, and theme park. You also get additional discounts inside the hotel for being a guest at their hotel. The pizzeria I absolutely recommend it was so delicious I went twice and I was trying to go back a third time but I didn’t make it. If you’re going for a very short stay or only two guest & you want to budget, the two bedroom room with a refrigerator is a great option.
The room from Manner's doesn't have fridge, iron and cero housekeeping from Fri 06/03-06/05/26. Old building and furniture. Casino and entertainment were okay!.
Hotel system kiosk is very disorganized , long lines , I prefer old way with a real person … I guess that is the new way :(
Amenities are really good
Water slides/ adventure park
I had my dog with me which is very nice 👍 they have a tower allowing dogs
Maybe because it was 4th of July weekend
Too many people … kind of disorganized:(

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Good for 1 night. We stayed in the buildings across from the main casino. Very outdated, and worn out. Mildew stains on bottom of shower curtain. Air conditioner sounded like a freight train. Wallpaper in bathroom was peeling. Bathroom fan did nothing for shower steam. The bed was comfortable.
We picked the newer modern rooms (West tower) and they were fine. We traveled with 3 kids and they all had fun and stayed entertained. There’s plenty of food selections in the hotel. The staff could have been more helpful in an informative way. The elevators don’t work unless you scan your key every time, we figured it out quickly but every time we used the elevator there were people in there that had no idea as well. I came across a family that was lost (wrong tower) and they told me staff didn’t tell them which way to go and were trying to figure it out. We would stay here again though.
Room was clean, parking was a little difficult but it was July 4th. A little confusing trying to find the main casino from the room but eventually figured it out after a couple trips back and forth. Overall a good experience.
Family friendly clean large rooms parking was great. Staff needs to provide service instantly when checking in to include making suggestions to park in certain garages so that it convenient for families to get to their hotel room. Also to explain the elevator entry
Fun for the entire family. Lots to do at the hotel for the days you don't feel like sight seeing. Rooms were nice and well maintained. All staff the staff were friendly and helpful!
I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. We booked Circus Circus thinking it would be a fun, budget-friendly, family-vibe spot for the kids. Biggest mistake of our entire trip.
From the second we walked in, the smell hit us—a mix of stale cigarette smoke, damp carpet, and cheap disinfectant trying (and failing) to mask it.
The Room Was Sub-Basement Level Dirty
Our room looked like it hadn't seen a deep clean since the 1990s.
* The Carpet: Sticky. I am not exaggerating. We had to keep our shoes on the entire time because walking barefoot felt like stepping on old tape.
* The Bathroom: There was someone else's hair in the tub, mystery stains on the wallpaper, and the towels looked so gray and frayed I was scared to use them on my face.
* The Beds: We pulled back the sheets and found actual crumbs and a stain that I don't even want to guess the origin of. We ended up sleeping on top of the covers under our own coats.
"Family Friendly"? Not Anymore.
Don't let the arcade or the pink tent fool you—this is not a place for kids. The crowd felt incredibly sketchy, security was completely non-existent, and we witnessed two different shouting matches in the hallways just trying to get to the elevators. The whole atmosphere felt depressing and genuinely unsafe for a family.
The Midway games are overpriced, half the machines were broken or ate our money, and the staff looked utterly miserable and hated that we were asking for help. AVOID
