Check-in took a long time and directions to our room was confusing. Unfortunately for a one night stay we couldn't use the resort facilities but you still have to pay the resort fee. Good location and free parking.

Surprisingly happy with the property. Very friendly from the very beginning. Definitely needs some upgrades, but that’s to be expected at an older property like this. Staff was truly friendly. We were 4 people in a room and had to call every day for more towels etc. not a big deal, but since they’re not doing turndown service. Honestly could use more pillows! Big room, decent storage. Again, could use some upgrades.

We chose this property for the price but not worth it. Lots of kids around which is fine considering the theme but the noise of running thru the halls and talking, yelling in the rooms could be heard as if they were in our room.

The only downside to this hotel is how sensitive the room key cards are. We had an issue where we got locked out of our room for over an hour, 2 calls to the front desk and security and nothing was resolved until I went down to the desk, and had to fight a long check in crowd. Keys can be demagnetized by cell phones, credit cards, slot machines, and other items that are very common to be near, especially in Vegas. Otherwise we loved our time, the staff was helpful when needed and overall a very interesting and unique hotel to stay at.
