This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at ,this place is immaculate,every single staff member went above and beyond,everytime we saw one of them ,the food is amazing and has by far the best breakfast options of any hotel I’ve been too,we loved this place so much we will be returning when we come back in September

I usually don’t write reviews but I have to do it this time , where to start I travel a lot and most of the time I try to stay in the best hotel in any city I am. I usually choose four seasons or one and only or Ritz Carlton etc but I have to say this hotel was one of of not the best hotel I have ever stayed , the service amazing and the quality of food even better and the hotel it’s self the lobby the rooms and the pools where incredible Thank you for amazing week

The property is beautiful! The service is outstanding! The rooms are immaculate! Koral (The aquarium restaurant) dining experience is perfect! This hotel made my visit to Bali so much more memorable and relaxing.
