Special mention to Geksa the duty manager who made sure our stay is comfortable. She even made sure my birthday is celebrated by arranging (together with my husband) a simple surprise greeting of baloons and cake.

We had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn, Benoa. Hotel had all of the amenities of a 5 star although the property is considerably small in comparison to others. The rooms were spacious with enough facilities and the housekeeping staff did a good job to ensure a good upkeep of the room. On one instance the housekeeping staff proactively offered to replace a fixture in the bathroom that was getting worn out while other times all our other requests were immediately attended too (such as request for toiletries, towels). All the hotel staff that we interacted at the lobby, restaurant, near the pool, housekeeping team were friendly and helpful at all times. There were multiple pools with beautiful ocean view and and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool experience that was wonderful and big. The only thing that could have been better is the breakfast option which is nice but limited options available for a vegetarian (who does not consume egg). However, we do appreciate the restaurant staff (Dewi and another male staff at the pancake counter) who tried to customize and prepare a snack as per my dietary restriction. On the day of departure, upon request the staff also packed an early breakfast for all of us in a timely way. Another highlight of the hotel was a free shuttle service that drops to Bali collection which was a great place to shop and eat out. Overall we had a lovely time at the hotel. We appreciate and would like to thank everyone for the wonderful service provided.

Beautiful property. All the staff members are so courteous, polite and friendly. Breakfast was AMAZING! Pools are so nice and really spread out. Doesn't feel crowded. Very relaxing. Good access to the beach. Beach is clean.

A family resort with a great value for money proposition. I’ve stayed previously next door at a hotel costing 6 times as much and honestly it is hard to justified the difference. Good entertainment options for the family, great pool and access to the beach.
