Easy on/off the I15. Easy and free parking, close to the hotel entrance. Big room, superb shower, everything was clean and tidy but my room was at the end of the hallway farthest from the elevator. I didn’t know I had some VIP benefits. Great dining across from hotel. Great value for the property.

The hotel itself was nice and quiet. It was not within walking distance of much, but Lyfts were mostly inexpensive. We had an issue with the pool. We asked the front desk staff for three days in a row about renting a cabana. No one could give us a definitive answer on how to rent one, cost, what was included, etc. We were finally told a price and that the majority of the price could be used towards food and beverages. The day we rented the cabana, on our friend’s birthday, was a fiasco. The signs for the bar say opens at 10 daily. We went down to the pool about 11, and the bar was not yet open. We were finally informed that the bartender didn’t usually come in until 3 on that day of the week. When we tried to order from the bar after 3, another front desk person told us that there would be no bartender that day. When we tried to order food, the front desk told us twice that they would need to call waitstaff from the adjoining restaurant. They finally came to tell us that the restaurant was refusing to send someone to take our order so there would be no food. That had been our plan for the noon meal for the day. Throughout this whole event, the front desk staff was very accommodating and tried to be helpful. They comped the cost of the cabana for us. They gave us free nonalcoholic beverages while we were at the pool. Stella in particular was very helpful and apologetic about the situation. It seemed like upper management did not have clear policies in place for the pool.

Overall, this is a great budget hotel if you are looking to save some money but not be too far away from the strip. I would highly suggest renting a car or ubering if you are visiting. Free parking with in and out priveleges are a plus. We did get our “VIP” perks but did not get any room upgrades which was fine with us as we were only there for a few days.

The beautiful red windows when you walk into your room leave the room a glow starting your trip off perfectly. The space and the events held next door at their convention center (attached to the hotel) allows for many fun events, the Beer Festival was in town and the atmosphere and live music, all you can eat food was incredible. Glad the hotel provides so many things to do.

I stay here 2 nights each week. Ive been doing this since early June 2024. My stays have always been pleasent. I usually tip any service provided for me, Im not a picky person & no matter my net worth, i never expect the "red carpet treatment". However, i did have an issue with their resturant ottimo. I usually go out for dinner in las vegas, but this week i decided to stay in & order pickup from ottimo, their in house resturant. I ordered 2 items. The BBQ pork belly bites ($18) and the 14oz. new york strip steak ($46). Both sounded amazing & made my mouth water. My meal was also prepared quicky. About 15 minutes. I got food. Went up to my room. Opened the bag. Took out both meal containers. Then proceed to eat. I started with the BBQ pork belly bites. Uhm... I guess i expected the texture of the pork belly to be soft, almost melting in your mouth. But the pork belly was hard! Nothing was soft about it. It was hard to even chew! I ate 2 of the 8 pieces of pork belly then moved onto the steak. Their 14oz. new york strip steak is served with a half grilled sweet onion & clarified butter. It was also supposed to come with horse radish (at least according to the dinner menu) but mine didnt. No biggie! The steak looked like a 10 after those pork belly bites. But looks can be deceiving. My steak was charred on the outside & litterally raw on the inside. Raw! Not rare. RAW! The resturant did replace my steak. But wth!? Its steak! Probably the easiest thing to cook on the menu. 💔

I gave the staff a 3 star because I was provided with incorrect info, which resulted in me being inconvenienced. The day before check, I informed the front desk that Air Canada switched my flight time from 3pm to 11:45pm. The frontdesk said no problem we can extend your staff complimentary, just call in the morning before 11am. I asked if i could stay in the room until 7pm, front desk said yes. The following day, I contacted the frontdesk. They said this request can't be done, I would have to pay for a whole day. The best they could do is 1pm. I asked to speak to a supervisor, who also said no as well. So I asked to speak with the Manager, who I thought was rude. Keep in mind that I just stayed 6 nights in Ahern and spent money there. The manager kept asking me if I understand that they have to clean the room for other customers. I explained to her that her staff provided me with inaccurate info and I shouldn't have to pay the price. In the end, we had to check out at 3pm as she wanted the room ready for other customer. We had to roam the streets for 4.5 hours. Customer focus should be key when an error is the fault of their staff.
