Our only issue we had, was the lift. There is no way of using the stairs, without someone going up in the lift and then opening the door onto the floor. Everything was great. I love the free laundry see ice too. Washers & dryers clean and available. Everyone at the front desk is FANtastic. I asked for several taxis and they were always called for me.
