Live the high life at these luxury properties
Grand Canal Shoppes was amazing for shopping and for ambiance. Good variety of restaurants and foods. Check in and Check out were quick and efficient.
We were not impressed on how hot the rooms were. Maintance came up and fixed it for the AC to stay cool. Apparently there is a motion sensor that keeps it on otherwise. Needless to say, the first night we woke up sweating. Guess you need to get up and move through night to keep it running.
Staff was amazing ! Beautiful hotel , very clean and location was perfect !
I love that they have a welcome gift for my dog. Staff are very courteous. Indeed a family friendly hotel. One of the best hotels we have been to. Raquel the housekeeping staff was very courteous and helpful too.
